When you need to rest or take a moment to yourself, you’ll have confidence in expert care for your newborn from an experienced and caring postpartum doula. My areas of expertise include lactation, SNS and formula feeding, twins/multiples, infant massage, swaddling, babywearing, organization, and sleep consulting.
Meal Prep & Housework
Food can be used to encourage optimal health and wellness for the whole family. As a ServSafe certified home cook with years of fine dining experience, I can prepare delicious and nourishing meals to support your postpartum recovery.
You can rest and relax, I'll take care of the housework! Tasks can include meal preparation, washing bottles & dishes, laundry, vacuuming, light errands, grocery delivery, and picking up around the house.
Companionship
The first few months at home can be stressful and lonely, as well as full of exciting changes! It’s reassuring to have someone to talk to about all of these adjustments. This aspect of doula support is wonderful for coping with baby blues and hormonal shifts. You will always have a safe space to vent and expert advice on call with my support.

Packages start at 24 hours of supportive postpartum care. You have the flexibility to use your 24 hours over 4 weeks when care begins. There is a 4 hour visit minimum.
