Birth Doula Services in Guam

A doula is a certified professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to families during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My role is to empower you by offering continuous support, personalized guidance, and encouragement throughout your birthing journey. Prenatal Education

During your pregnancy, we will meet twice to discuss your birth plans and what to expect from early labor through to your baby's birth. We'll also try out all of the comfort measures & pain relief methods to find out what works for you! After our prenatal visits, you’ll feel prepared and confident going into your birth experience.

Labor & Birth Support

When you’re ready for doula support, I’ll join you at your home or chosen birth location and stay with you until you are comfortably resting after delivery. There is **no time limit** for birth support! I will be there by your side until your baby arrives.
Comfort measures may include massage, acupressure, reflexology, rebozo support, heat and cold therapy, suggestions on positioning and movement, partner encouragement, and much, much more.

About a week after delivery, you’ll have a home visit to reflect on the birth experience and help with postpartum or newborn concerns. If you are struggling with breastfeeding, have newborn care questions, or just want to talk, I’ll be there to support you and be an unbiased ear. Although this is a brief 1-2 hour visit, I offer additional postpartum support packages for extra care and hands-on help.

Birth Doula Support Package Options

When you book with Sublime Motherhood, we schedule a phone consultation right away to discuss your birth preferences and get to know each other. This initial conversation helps us build rapport and ensures you receive personalized attention and support, regardless of your stage in pregnancy. Your journey is important, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!

Support packages include:

Two prenatal home visits
On-call Doula support from 38-42 weeks
Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your partner for the duration of your birth experience (no time limit!)
Breastfeeding support after delivery
Postpartum follow-up visit - including your birth debrief session, if desired
Access to client library - books, articles, labor & postpartum tools, and more
Unlimited phone and text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
