Every class is personalized for your physical abilities and stress points, taking you through a series of strengthening poses with natural adjustments. We will end in Savasana with a closing mediation.
Restorative Flow – Class begins with breathing instruction and an opening meditation. This is a slower class for any level of practice, and focuses on breathing and the foundations of the practice. Every class is personalized for your physical abilities and stress points. We will end in Savasana with a closing meditation.
